Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
UK Shipping
We offer the following delivery options within the United Kingdom:
- Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.99
- Express Delivery (1–2 business days): £5.99
- Free Standard Delivery on orders over £50
All UK orders are shipped using trusted courier services such as Royal Mail or equivalent.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary depending on your location,size and weight:
- Europe: 5–7 business days (from £10)
- USA & Canada: 5–7 business days (from £15)
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days (from £15–£20)
International orders are shipped via reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or Royal Mail International. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Haya Khadija Islamic Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
