We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our returns and refunds policy below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Free from any scents, marks, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as sale or clearance
- Custom-made or personalised items
- Hijabs/niqabs or items worn for hygiene-sensitive use (if applicable)
How to Return

Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos as evidence. We will resolve the issue promptly, including covering return shipping if applicable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider
- Then contact us for further assistance
